Our rates

For simplicity our rates are quoted on a per night basis based on up to 4 people using the apartment.  Each apartment has the same nightly rate which is fully inclusive of electricity, heating and taxes.

The prices quoted are competitive with a night’s stay in a local hotel, but by staying with us you have use of all the facilities in each apartment which makes for a more comfortable home from home experience.

Being able to buy food in bulk and cook will save money.  We can also provide breakfast and evening meal service.  Please check with Helly.

Nightly charge for use of additional single beds in an apartment = €15

Please contact us if you have specific requirements not covered by this rate structure or would like to make an enquiry for a large group booking.

Deposit

A deposit of 30% is required to secure a reservation and is payable at the time of signing the rental agreement.  The balance is payable two months before your arrival date (unless late booking conditions have been agreed).  Failure to pay the deposit in full will constitute a cancellation of the holiday by the holidaymaker.

Payment

Our rates are quoted in Euro but payment is accepted in both Sterling and Euro.  Currency conversion is based on the rate as published by HBSC on the date that each invoice is raised - no changes will be made to allow for currency fluctuations.

Payment can be made via any of the following and full details will be listed on the initial deposit invoice:-

Credit card / Paypal (please contact us for details)
Euro or sterling cheque
Balance transfer to a euro or sterling account

Cancellation

In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, notification must be made to us in writing by e-mail or letter. Where there is a qualifying reason for a cancellation, our refund policy, excluding the initial deposit is:-

• 29 to 56 days before start date on rental agreement 50% of rental
• 15 to 28 days before start date on rental agreement 25% of rental
• 0 to 14 dates before start date on rental agreement 10% of rental

In the event of no qualifying reason for a cancellation no refund will be made but the amount can be carried forward to be used against a future booking with us.

In the event of an unforeseen incident, such as fire or flood damage to the property, which means the property is unavailable for the dates booked, we will issue a full refund.
