Gite apartment Le Pigeonnier, St Andre Les Alpes

This apartment has been restored from the old farmhouse and is full of character with many of the original beams still in place. This apartment is actually situated on the third floor of the main house although access is at ground level on the entrance side as the farm was originally built into the hillside. Towels and bed linen are provided as well as ample car parking.

Accommodation comprises of:-

• Kitchen - fully fitted with dishwasher, oven, hob, large fridge, electric heater
  
• Shower room with shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin, washing machine, electric heater.
  
• Living room with dining room table, TV/DVD, Stereo, Large sofa plus double sofa bed. Wood burning stove and electric heater.
  
• Mezzanine double bedroom above the lounge with a double bed and chest of drawers. Please note this room has a low ceiling which an adult can only just stand up in - however it is not suitable for young children due to the height above the lounge and the steep narrow stairs that lead up to it.
  
• Master bedroom, leading off the lounge, with double bed, wardrobe and armchairs. This is a very large room and single beds could easily be added into this room for young children. Electric heaters and wood burning stove.
  
• Outdoor patio area which gets sun throughout the whole day with gas BBQ, outdoor fire pit, garden table and chairs and amazing mountain views
